Try. Rachel tries not to sigh too loudly, nodding. She knows his job is unpredictable. That working a bunch of hours is really the best kind of unpredictable they can hope for in his line of work. And she's proud of him for doing something he loves that helps so many people. But that doesn't mean she has to like sacrificing her husband a grand majority of the time.
"Week after next." Rachel mumbles. At least, she hopes so. Going off of the pill has made her periods kind of weird while they try to re-regulate themselves. She didn't have one at all for December, and she was two days over in January after they got back from their honeymoon (not that they were having sex anyway...).
