She hears Noah's voice before she sees him, and it suddenly occurs to her that duh, he always sits in the same place and she's not sure why she's standing in the doorway looking for him (she's so tired. Her half-functional thought processes can be excused). Side stepping another officer, she weaves through the desks, waving slightly at a rookie she recognizes, before stopping at her husband's desk.
"Hi." He looks exhausted, and she can't imagine she looks too much better, but it doesn't really matter at this point, does it? At least she's actually getting a glimpse of him for the first time in what seems like forever.
