Well they know he's not going anywhere now. They just think it's all because of the kid. No matter what Rachel does, she's found, she's always going to be the "Glee Freak" or "Big Nose" or any of the other hundreds of insults the bullies taking Dave's place have come up with. She's long since let it stop getting to her. But she also hasn't gotten wind of the whole "Berry got pregnant 'cause Puckerman was going to break up with her" fiasco either.
