"Yeah? Tell me..." Rachel's getting big. There's no way around it. She's 4 months pregnant and she's only going to get bigger. It's gotten to the point where they had to officially tell the Gleeks last week because they just couldn't hide it anymore. So when Noah says stuff like that, she wants details. She wants to know that he still thinks she's pretty, that he still wants to try and get her to let him put his hand up her skirt in class.
