"You can't run behind Mike and Artie for answers for the rest of your life." It's also really hard to be mad at him when he's all curled up behind her like that. Seriously. She likes to chalk it up to her hormones, to the primal part of her knowing that the father of the child she's carrying is close and therefore she's safe, but it doesn't make her feel better. She'd like to be able to stay mad at him sometimes, jeez.
And then, of course, there's the neck kiss and all she can really do is close her eyes and sigh. "You should probably save your game and turn it off. Letting it run like that just overheats it."
